Dedicated to improving the lives of the vulnerable
Our Story
Who We Are
Sustainable Goal Initiative (SGI) is a nonprofit organisation working to improve the lives of people facing extreme health and economic hardship, especially those battling terminal illnesses and struggling with poverty. Founded on the belief that good health and stable income are essential to human dignity, SGI delivers practical support to help vulnerable individuals not only survive, but live well.

We operate at the intersection of healthcare access, poverty reduction and community wellbeing, designing simple, scalable interventions that reduces the financial burdens of illness while creating pathways for income resilience. Our work is deeply rooted in compassion and driven by the urgent need to close the gap between medical and economic reality.
